"Meet & greet" with your vendors, to introduce myself & meet your vendor team via virtual meeting or email

Review of your vendor contracts to support accurate operations. You are responsible for any payment arrangements & balances being paid

Creation of your day-of timeline and its provisions to via email to all vendors & parties involved to ensure they know when to arrive and where to be.

Final walk through of your venue, if applicable.

Provision of your Venue Rental rules & regulations to your vendors to, ensure they are aware of the policies & procedures required of them during their service at the venue
