We’re going deep, ya’ll :). Question for you: Who you are as a person and company & how are you showing those around you?
What a LOADED question. But the fruit of honestly answering it is worth gold. The outcome of braving the process of really uncovering our identity is BLOWING MY MIND. So for this round folks… let’s explore just how incredibly valuable establishing, consistently integrating our identity into all we do truly is.
One of my favorite classes I've ever taken was a communications in business class. What I walked away with from this class solidified on what I already knew was true- I am sharing with others who I am & what I believe, regardless of whether I’m trying to or not, through a variety of behaviors.
But the real meat of the class was learning how I am communicating & what people perceive from my behavior. The class improved my ability to effectively communicate & share my values & intention with others, whomever and whatever that might be. As a mom, wife & friend, I found it to be so eye opening. As an entrepreneur, it's become more and more important to me.
I believe that what we stand for & value will be reflected in how we communicate with others & in our day-to-day operations. It can intentionally & unintentionally attract: people, opportunity, drama, discfunction..... So.Many.Things. If you haven’t done the reflective work to establish your values & brand identity, I cannot urge you enough to do it. (LADIES- looking for a specialist to guide you in your brand discovery?
